Hi all,
Is me and my load again....
Well 1mth after becoming a sales staff... really stressed.. 0 cold call, 0 appt, 0 quotation, 0 deal.
well... how far away am I? i don't know....
(Dreams, Vision, Hopes, Desire) all seem so far... achieving my dream seem like mission impossible.
I'm totally stress out! seriously........... Lord, to where can I go?
and he spoke to me, to where you want to be? (I wept)...
I can't go anywhere unless I start to let them go..... seriously.... I felt I wasn't bringing or walking with my dreams... I'm dreaming my dreams... and is dragging me and it is getting heavier... I dream too long with my dreams.... I can't move on.....
I should stop! look Adrian... there are people cheering for you infront... "Are you going to move forward?"
my friends that had not given up hope of my talent and my believe and my dreams....
They are still waiting for me to shine! and they are really waiting till their neck long!

Many had heard of Financial Freedom? Today I going to share about how to have Problems (Freedom).
Well we all knows life is not like a bed of roses, but today I going tell you, that your life can be like a bed of roses!
Some days ago, I heard of this story, a man was looking for a person that his whole life have no problem at all, and he is willing to pay him 100dollar.. then this man stand up and said I am who you are looking for... then he got up, and walk to the man holding 100dollar. (Rich Man)..
then rich man ask the fine man, are you sure? Yes, he answered.
then do you have any illness in your entire life before? asked the rich man. No, said the fine man.
Really? Yes, the fine man answered, can you give me the 100dollar now? he asked...
so the rich man unwillingly took out the 100dollar and give the fine man, but before the fine man reach out for the money, his glasses drop on the floor... and he can't get it...
the rich man in a quick tweet of mind, he took the glasses away. and the fine man just can't see anything properly and looks terribly lost.
From the story, I realize 1 value from it, sometimes in life there is problem lying around, but to achieve Problems Freedom, is not about having no problem....
today I'm going to share 3 ways to have Problems Freedom.
1) Understand
James 1:22-24
22 Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. 23 Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror 24 and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.
The lord said that "Do not walk away from your problem, face it".
2) Manage
Ecclesiastes 5:10-12
10If you love money and wealth, you will never be satisfied with what you have. This doesn't make sense either. 11The more you have, the more everyone expects from you. Your money won't do you any good--others will just spend it for you. 12If you have to work hard for a living, you can rest well at night, even if you don't have much to eat. But if you are rich, you can't even sleep.
Secondly God want us to manage our life well.. don't over do somethings, don't under performance when required as well.. just do till your fullest and you will be glad.
3) Friends
Ecclesiastes 4:12
12 Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
Lastly, is work it out with a friend, have someone always there to support and help you in all ways.... Just like the Glasses, without the Glasses, the man realize he had a problem... but with the Glasses, his problem is resolved. so look around you... is your glasses with you?

2011 - Year of a whole new beginning.
Ended my year 2010 with amazing ending !
Breakup with Jesslyn 4years 8mths and 14days relationship.
Leave NIKE after 2.5years...
2011, God what have you installed for me?
This year is a very different for me, everything in my life just do a 180 change.
Can I make it? I had no idea....
How far can I go? I had no idea....
but I had set sight on the things I want to achieve. and the Lord said, Man shall Plan and God will lead. So I did my part, laying my plans on a plain tablet and I will read it and runs it....
Well, I really not sure what kind of things I'm going to face... but..... I know that I know... God is with me and no one is against me.
I'm Not Afraid, I have God as my exceedingly Great reward!

Hi all,
2011 - a year without Jesslyn Chua.
First time in almost 5years after my army days..... I'm living a life without Her (so called the woman of my life). we broke up on the 29Dec 2010... Why? I don't know why... (I do know!) just that is too hard to tell anyone...
How do I feel now? - Terrible? feel of guilt, sadness... and alot of missing... I don't know whether we still can be friend or not.. but I really wish Apr 2010, I ask her about marriage... else... (I also don't know).
This is going to be a super breath-taking year for me... and this is only Jan only. 11 more month to go.. and by Feb I will be jobless...
I really don't know what to do! - Seriously! I have no idea what is in front for me and with me? I only know God spoke to me... telling me to step out.. and believe in him. telling me that I'm yours sheild, your greatest reward. and everything that followed.
Seriously, life now seem super stress up! my brain seem super distracted 90% of my time..... "How am I going to do it" appear millions of time in my mind. "What are you doing now" appeared 27times a day....
God, is that how Abraham feel when you ask him to walk to Canaan? will I see my promise land?
I keep praying that the road that God had lead he will provide. :)

Hi All,
Is me again.
My walk with God, moving onto perfection. It seems like a very long path.. not sure when will I get there.. But the lord spoke to me, saying "Every step you made, is a step closer to Me"...
This week, only 2days past the week, I made some mistake in my work, getting all the information wrongly placed, which potientially might just cause my company to lose a few thousand dollars. I'm very depressed initially, kept thinking why didn't I do a detail checking?
Why am I always making silly mistake? Why this Why that.
Well going through those thoughts... really got me very bitter, wondering why am I such a loser?
God is good, help in the time of need. I start to seek him for help... Asking him to give me wisdom to understand why am I going through all these.. and how to prevent all these to happen to me again? I really don't wish to make such mistake in life, I believe I can be better...
I got to know what is really wrong with myself, and I want to know how to make it right this time. God words that said "Proverbs 15:22 - Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed." This verse always helps me alot when I feeling down.. So I pick up my phone, and just text so many people those that I think are wise enough to be an adviser in any angle of my life...

my dearest, Jesslyn was the first to reply, said " Having a big picture and detail body... ask yourself the 5why questions.
Next my mentor in the previous company, named SC. learn from experience and also to stand on others shoes, to understand what is their feeling and their approach to ever approach.
I really had to thank them for making me up.. .I will work hard and set my heart toward it.

Well many may heard of the wonderful story of Joseph and Mary.....
This is my version of the story,
Long ago live a man named Joseph, who is a carpenter, not a normal one but quite a famous and re-known carpenter, after all he was the descendant of the King David. Monthly salary was about 3 to 4k.
On the other side of the town there is a poly-clinic, where our Mary works in.... Mary was a nice, friendly and helpful girl. Everyone in town love her. Working as a clinic-assistance, paid around 1.8k on good days...
Both Joseph and Mary do not know each other at that time, but they always see each other on their way to work, which will pass by a farm named "Bethlehem - Home". Certainly both will notice each other as Joseph was a very fine looking man and Mary always carry a bright and cheerful smile whenever she goes.
One day, when they are on their way to work, they saw "Bethlehem - Home" caught fire! Without a second thought, Mary rush into the fire and try to carry the man(owner of the farm) out of fire. Joseph saw how brave was Mary, and was totally attracted to her, also went into the fire and helped Mary.
After this incident, both Joseph and Mary became friend, and ever-since the story begin.
Things happen like lighting, exchanges of SMS, going to work together, spending most of their time together, watching movies and shopping... and very soon both fall in love with one another. and decided to get married. So they went to seek advise from the wedding consultancy, and consultant Angel Gabriel (Not an Angel, but Angel was his name, and he baptism as Gabriel) came to attend to them.
Angel Gabriel told them about a policy plan called Jesus Christ. It was a good plan adopted by many of the couple who desire a proper and good marriage, because Jesus Christ will provide them with all their needs. but they need to fulfill their monthly premium. This is how Jesus Christ works each party will commit a certain amount to the plan, and at the end of the plan, all marriage expenses will be covered. However both parties will not know how much one another had contributed, till the end of the contract, unless due to contract requirement.
Joseph being the richer than Mary, he humbly decided to fork out/contribute 500dollars to the contract (Did not informed Mary). and on Mary side, she also came up with a certain amount....
This thing started of very well for the 1st 3months, both waiting for the 2years contract to come, knowing their wallet are tight, they went out for movie and shopping lesser and willing to stay at each other house and spend the day together. (which was sweet). As time goes by, Joseph start to realize that Mary have lesser time for him, always telling Joseph that she needs to do OT in the clinic and left Joseph alone at home...
Several months more later Joseph got even more upset due to the lesser commitment that Mary had provided him, he got so frustrated and refuse to contribute to the Jesus Plan. Even after a few warning letter, Joseph simply ignore the payment!
One day as usual, Joseph asked Mary for dinner and Mary wasn't able to make it.... and Joseph decided to find out what is she busy with in the clinic. After work, Joseph rush to the clinic that Mary working in, and saw her leaving her work place! Joseph was shocked! and he followed Mary at the back, wanting to know where is she heading, behold she found her heading to a restaurant meeting Angel Gabriel, and all the mind of Joseph was anger! He was completely out of his mind and felt that he had fallen in love with the wrong woman... Mary was a unfaithful woman! Adulteress! and all kind of things goes into Joseph heart and he left the restaurant with bitterness in his heart.
Ever since then, Joseph did not look for Mary anymore, and when Mary ask him out for dinner on weekend, he will tell her "I'm busy" and things start to go afar.
One day, Angel Gabriel called up Joseph and inform him about the Jesus Christ plan which Joseph and totally forgotten, and ask him to come down to discuss about the plan. Joseph did not scold Angel Gabriel for being the adulterer over the phone but he was waiting to see him face to face and give him a good punch.
When they met, Joseph throw himself and laid a few punches on Gabriel, before stopped by the security. Gabriel question Joseph and found out all the nonsense that Joseph had sum up about Mary, and throw at him the completion of the Jesus Christ plan.
Joseph was surprise because he remembered that he did not pay any amount after some month of the plan. so he asked Gabriel how was it possible? and Gabriel explain that his Adulteress Mary was paying the sum all the while, doing OT and covering everything to keep this plan alive. knowing that his portion was only 500dollar, he asked how much did Mary personally contributed, Gabriel said 1k! which work Joseph up from his dream... All the while Mary was really doing a lot of work to make up to the 1k of love a month to the relationship and when she found out that Joseph wasn't paying his shares... Mary took even more work and spend even lesser to fulfill the premium.
This story explain that when it comes to love, is not about how much you contributed, is about how much you willing to go to make it possible. Lack of communication was the cause of the relationship, but Mary did not give up yet she make it possible by holding on to Jesus Christ. Who are you in the relationship? Joseph or Mary? if you are starting to think you had contributed a lot in the relationship, think again.... are you really Mary or you are just another Joseph. Life is a long way, how many Jesus Christ will you meet along the way and how will you grab hold of it.

hi all,
Well.. this 2 weeks had been extraordinary for me... God keep coming to me knocking at my heart, keep telling me things through people around me, wanting me to wake up!!!!!! stupid and stubborn Adrian, just too blind and harden to listen...
1st stop! Jasmine Lee ( the least impressive girl I know in my CG...) Jasmine! You are simply the most amazing girl in CG which I was so late to realize... Your testimony was the 1st stop that God had to work on me... How you turn your angry father, to become your friend and a loving father was amazing! how you did it? - I leave my fans to ask you themselves ba.. :)
After what you had shared with me, I realize all the while God who said that things that are better than Gold is Testimony, Law, and Wisdom. Number 1 wake up call for Adrian! and when I saw Jasmine telling her testimony, I felt so intimidated by her, asking myself what I can testify God and his changes in my life?
2nd stop, my girl friend - she fallen ill and then I had nothing to do at home, so I pick up a bible and start praying for her well... then God spoke to me... why you are angry? - I was like huh? i'm not now.. then I heard again why you are angry? then I was like, "ya... I really have no idea what to do with my job already.." then He spoke "did you not trust me".....
Next stop, Sophriane the lady I mention in my last posting... She asked me some question which also make me really go wash my brain and think.... what had I done wrong to fail? (well in anyway.. this lady had rise up faster than anyone... I always think God send her to tell me something wrong about my life) (I proclaim her as the burning bush that God had send to me)
4th stop, Cell Group - Alvin Koh, was amazing... spirit of conviction run wild... totally took over me, I was on all four 1st time for so long, can't really feel God present and the spirit of conviction... but that day all the dryness was all filled with the flowing water!
My CGL favorite line of the month, How much had you learn from all the sermon you had taken down note?
Being a christian for almost 3yrs.. how much have Adrian learn? I will say well, apart from being less violent, willing to take heart to things happened... I had not really step into the next stage of life.
Final stop, Pastor Kong Hee... His sermon on Crisis give me a final knock on the nail. I was totally awake!.. His line "what is dead by Christ, will see resurrection in 3rd day". tell me nothing is the end till you give up in believing.
this was what had gone into me for the past 2weeks... and God show me a dream... what make a good book? a book that was written by the best writer? the best story line?
In Christ, the best book is the book that is make of a very good material (your character, your mindset, your habit). this will then bring up the cost price of the good book (Cost price). Jesus Christ is the Author of our book... and he believe that he will end the story well... but he need us to have a book that is make up of good material so that he can write finish the story before it was torn and tear.
So what is he going to write...
Our testimony of Him.... this story is going to be never ending, Jesus will put down crisis in our life, hoping that we can grow stronger in Him. Each time he wrote, he set an opportunity of us to make the material of the book stronger. Well... if we failed, he will re-write another story for us to make it through...
So what going to be on my book?
After much trail and tribulation (Crisis), I realize that God know I had an issue with myself and these are the issue that had surface out.
1) I'm easily unhappy with myself, not able to commit myself to sacrifice.
2) I'm always very ego, not able to humble my heart to listen to others solution.
3) Big liar, scared to face the world with his real face, he lied his way to protect himself from being hurt, injuries, he is very fearful of Love, incapability, his ego being attacked. He really don't want to let people see his weakness.
4) Not tactful, eager to speak lack of wisdom.
5) Always hungry for affirmation, can't live without being accepted by others.
6) Failed to see adversary, making it an opportunity.
7) Scare to step into the space of unknown, so protect myself with alot of nonsense to avoid injury.
8) FAT, always love to eat a lot, but lazy to exercise, lack of initiative to do exercise.
9) Scold myself when I failed to perform to my own expectation.
10) More......
So much but I starting to realize, finally I had something to share the testimony to others.. I will need to over-come them... and this is going to be what Abraham will be like
1) Praising God for all adversary, learning to love himself, knowing how much he is worth in His eyes.
2) Speak of Truth, Light and Hope... for my mouth is no longer for myself, my mouth is for Christ to edify His greatest!
3) Eyes that see adversary as opportunity to grow, to testify God, to humble myself towards Him.
4) Always provide a ear to hear, to listen, to humbly accept all things all changes all issue of life. slow to anger, slow to speak, and quick to listen.
5) Walk in faith, believing in Him who had work wonder for me..
6) be more diligent to work hard in life, don't rest my hand till night fall....
7) A heart that is after God's own Heart... I want to learn to love others and love his people, just like my leader Alvin Koh and Jesus Christ
